"i cant rem what eng u have,..

"i cant rem what eng u have,..but,..thay,make have what is called-'quick-start'...it advances timing automatically......also,i think u had eng prob's if i rem right...an eng in good shape,a tuned eng, clean carbs, fresh fuel, makes a big diff.Your eng may not have quick start.list your eng again."

He does not have to prime the

He does not have to prime the system because it has an electric fuel pump. There is a difference between older motors and new. Also these motors have a computer that does the thinking for the owner. Now that is convenient for those that have the money in case something goes wrong.
