I have A 15 hp Evinrude model # E15ELCSD serial # E0001068. I would like to know what year and confirm if it is 2 or 4 stroke engine. It's like new and has not been in the water in at least 8 years.

I have an outboard motor that says the following on it Evinrude Elto serial no. 4301-04647? What year is it and can I find a propeller for it?
