What year is this Mercury?

I have an inline 4 cylinder Mercury, sticker on the intermediate housing shows 75. Serial number on the transom bracket sticker is A954203. I've looked at the two charts listed in some posts here and can not find this number. Any help is appreciated, mw

sorry, posted by accident in wrong area. motor is located in the USA. This is a 2 stroke engine.

Yes, it's a 4 cylinder, located in Alabama. Would there be any stampings or numbers on the powerhead to double chack the horsepower?
