What year is my motor

Can someone help me just got gifted a 25hp. Serial number is 0g133779. What year? Also what are the two wires coming out of the head of the motor for? Just a red and a black wire about 5 foot long?

A 1994 model.----Wires are likely for electric start or battery charging.
