What year is my 2 hp mariner

Hi, I've just purchased a used 2 hp mariner motor for my tender & would like to know what year model it is please. The only numbers i can find on plate on the bracket are 6a1-083661 but i don't know if this is a serial # or model #.All info. on this motor will be very much appreciated thanks.
