What year and model is my Mariner

Serial number is 0C15117 8 HP Also need to find out the spark plug gap. Thanks

That serial number is one digit short. There should be 6 numbers after the C. It's either a 1989 or a 1990 depending on what is missing.

That makes it 1989. Plug gap is .024
