What type of sealant to use?

Hello, I am replacing the end cap (inspection plate) and gasket on my Sen Dure cooling system and am wondering what type of sealant to use. 5200? Other?

Any advice would be appreciated.

If you have a rubber gasket, none, if not Id get one,cheap if it still leaks use coppercoat or aviation sealant
