What type of fluid? 1992 4.3

I have a 1992 thompson with a 4.3 155hp mercruiser and need to know what type of fluid to use for the power steering and trim. My clymer manual says 10-30 oil in one section and quicksilver trim fluid in another. thanks.

Merc power trim / power steering fluid, same stuff........

Thanks kghost. I did read the back of the merc trim fluid and it says not for use in systems that have 30wt oil in them.
