what shouuld the compression be?

Note that each cylinder being tested was cycled through at least 3 compression strokes.
This is necessary because the test gauge and hose itself is accumulative until they equalize to max cylinder pressure.

my 140 as 70 on all the cyliders but i misse on#2 cant fig. it out

Ayuh,..... 150 psi, 'n up is a strong motor,....

125 to 150 psi is an Ok motor,.....

100 to 125 psi is a worn motor,....

Under 100 psi is a rebuildable core motor,....

Assuming the gage is giving reasonable answer. I've seen some gages read way off.
