i have a 130hp honda and its on a 20ft pontoon boat its revving 3500 rpms at wide open but dosnt seem to be revving high enough anyone know what it should rev at

hey just-in-time tried that im in the process of extending the plate to raise the motor even higher by looking how they are suppose to sit on the transam i need to raise it another 4inchs but not sure if that will get me my rpms
