What prop should i have

i have a 150 evinrude it has a

i have a 150 evinrude it has a 21 or 23 prop i have forgot ill check it. but i can only get the boat to about 4500 rpms is that ok am i working the boat to hard should i pitch down if so what will happen im scared to run the boat to high on rpms what do u think

18 ft center console sunbird it has a 24 prop compreesion has about 90 all plugs.do u think i should step down in prop how low should i go
