what prep is needed prior to start ??

I just picked up a 15 hp evinrude from a lady whose husband passed away several years ago. motor looks almost brand new and was stored on a engine stand. what suggestions does anyone have before I try and start this ??

Check the lower unit oil and then try and start it. If it runs, then do the water pump and what ever else you find.
