what electric fuel pump do I need.

I Have mercruser 4.3 that I need to replace the electric fuel pump,
It is carb engine. manual says I need 3.5 5.5 psi
All I can find is 8-10 psi
Will this work and not flood engine, if so does anyone know where to get one that will work at a fair price
