What do all these prop umbers mean

Quicksilver 49 91818 A5 16P, the only one I know is that it is a 16 Pitch, what do all the rest mean?

I know it's a part number but wHat do they tell me
alum or SS, number of splines, diameter, cupped or not cupped, etc

The #49 seems eroneous. The # 48 91818 A5 16P comes back to a Vengance SS 16P w/no other info.; listed as NLA. It is replaced by a Solas SS 15P.

You might get that info from a prop shop. Prop might be a dinosaur.
