what control box for 1994 60hp 2 stroke 2 cyl?

Hi there, bought a yamaha 2 stroke 2 cyl (small head / neon decals) without carbs, need to get a control box for it - what do i look for? a friend mentioned a 703 with 7 pin connection? no trim/tilt -

Will a 701 fit?
