What compression is too low for purchase?

I am looking at a 20' bass boat with a 2003 Optimax. One of the cylinders has 105#'s the rest are around 110-115. At what point is compression considered low and to stay away from that motor?

By the way it is a 200hp

Is the battery fully charged?

I am not the one who did the compression test. The mechanic who serviced the this motor wrote each cylinder on the receipt.
