"Hello,
I have noticed a few posts about the how the Crusader motors are prone to injesting water due to valve overlap. Can someone please explain when and why it may occurr.I recently installed a new Classic 5.7 motor and you guys are making me nervous!! My exhaust system is within the installation manuals parameters of 15" from top of elbow to waterline and 4" of downward slope which is the minium allowed .I also have the rubber flappers over the transome outlets.Would adding a 4" riser be some insurance to prevent possible problems? Thanks in advance
