Welch plug problem.

I'm now the proud owner of a 1978 Merc900/90. Bought carburetor rebuild kits.
Plugs in kit will not fit into recess, too big, so if someone would be so kind and let me know what is the measurement of the plug in an 1978 Merc 900/90 serial number 5033721 WMK 23 carburetor it would be very much appreciated. And where to purchase same.
Please don't ask why I removed it :oops:. The old saying "Leave well enough alone" comes to mind.
 
Cheaper ones, as the factory kits don't seem to appear in my searches anywhere in Europe and those that I do find don't ship outside the 48 Lower.
I did buy from a US company but they too were shipped from China. So I have a few spares.
So now I need to look at buying the welch plugs outside of the marine stores unless someone knows a company that does ship international.
So if anyone in Europe reading this knows where to get them, please let me know where
