Ayuh,.... I donno, but the Webers are tuned by changin' the needles, 'n rarely the jets,....

Edlebrock has a nice street/ strip tunin' kit with jets, needles, 'n springs,....

Picked up a Carter 10-201 street kit on e-bay for $40.00 and did some experimenting I left the .089 prim and .089 sec. jets in and just changed the rods,I removed the 68x57 and yellow springs replaced them with .0715x.058 orange springs Well what a difference the hg's went from 19 to 20 I'm out on the adjustment screws 1 1/2 -1 1/4 turns, I went from 7.5 gal per hr. to 6.2 @3300rpms. The information sheet that comes with it is worth more than the jets and rods I will try to post the information. My engine is 1997 4.3 v6 reman. with vortec heads, thunderbolt 4, Mallory coil, with 50 hrs on it.
