"Volvo penta 4.3 GL the carburetor is full with watter and the performance of the engine is hell. In my country the fuel is very bad. Or there is some other problem,so please help me!"

"best bet is add a water seperating filter before engine. several types available. if you have bad fuel quality, I recommend a racor, or similar that has a clear bowl at the bottom. You can see water without removing filter element. a little more expensive, but worth it."

Regardless of what fuel is available to you,.....
If you Don't fill the tank with Water,.....
You'll save Alot of Problems like the 1 you're having Now......

There are No Additives that'll Fix Water Contaminated Gas.....
Either Filter it Better,.... Or find another source for your Fuel......
If things are that Bad where you are,....
Try Filtering your fuel Before it's put into the boat,+ as Scott says,.... Add More Filtering between the Tank,+ the Carb......"

BTW Fuel in Macedonia(my country) is HELL
