Water Under Engine Block - 1998 200 Yamaha

I'm restoring an old Grady White. On of my 1998 200 Yamaha's has water coming in near the base of the block when it's running, also having trouble idling. water pressure reading high, any ideas? - Thanks - John

Found the problem, the hose the routes the cooling water from the power head back down into the column for exhausting had come off.
