"just bought a 96' 130hp Johnson and the shop said the water pump and t-stat were replaced, but when I took it out this last Saturday for the first time I see very little water coming from the tell tale. The mechanic called this a looper and said that not much water should come out. When I ran it boat at times some water flowed at other times little to no water was flowing. I stopped the boat and checked and the heads were not hot but is this normal? There is a preasure guage on the tell tale but it does not read as the preasure is low. Do I have a problem?"
