Check the Honda section on this form, there is a website in Japan that has NLA parts for older Honda outboards, maybe you’ll get lucky.

Are you looking for the plastic housing or the impeller and guide plate? I Have a full rebuild kit new old stock, but it does not have the plastic pump housing. I'll be looking to sell off all my NS70A2 parts I've collected over the years since I'm moving on to a newer boat.
