Water pump leak 1998 5.0 L

I have a 1998 Crownline 5.0l with 250hrs. Today i noticed a pinhole water drip from the water pump casting. It appears as though it is coming from a factory hole in the casting?,,............is this correct? Should there be this light water drip coming from there. The hole in the casting is definatly there from the factory and that is where the water is coming from. It is not coming from the gasket or anywhere else. What should be done?

no, it`s a sign that the internal shaft seals are leaking, time for replacement
