Water Leaking from The spark Plug

Hello I have 1977 mercury 200, 20 hp. Somehow water come out dripping like leaking come out from The spark plug, is this normal ??? or my engine is damaged ? Engine is still running though...Thank you for anyone help.

It is very common for the gasket on the water cover to leak.-------Note , it is a simple job to replace this gasket.-------There is no cylinderhead on this motor, only a water jacket cover.

Thank you for your reply.....can you help me where the water jacket cover at ???? and where I can purchase this item / I try look it but do not know under what part ??? Cylinder Head ??? Thank you gain for your help.
