Water leak

I have a 81 Imperial with a 2.

I have a 81 Imperial with a 2.5. With the engine running there is a slow stream of water leaking from between the engine and intermidiat housing.I thought it was the back of the block like the freeze plug but engine checked out good .Does that mean my intermedat housing is leaking Is there a way to presure test it somehow?

I would suspect the bearings a

I would suspect the bearings and seals are gone in the intermediate shaft.
Off with drive and out with engine most likely.
