Water Leak on lower unit

I have a 60hp Mercury 4stroke engine that is leaking at the rubber tube on the lower unit and a stream of water is flowing below it from a small hole. What must I do? Thanks for your help.

Some will argue ----It all looks normal.-----Any water getting into the gear oil ?
