Water in upper and lower

Hit my outdrive when putting b

Hit my outdrive when putting boat back on trailer. The tilt motor and select trim stopped working. Fuse was blown. Its an OMC 800 I checked drive oils and now I have water in both upper and lower. Is the improller housing cracked?
