Water in spark plugs

I have a 97 Yamaha 2stroke. Around 6months ago I lost compression in top cyclometer, ended up being a small corrosion hole in the head. Clean up salt build up and Replaced the head and gaskets around the water jacket, exhaust manifold. Engine ran very until last trip. I am getting water in the spark plugs and misfiring on top 2 cyclinders. Took the head off and seem like a lot of water is mixing with fuel and oil. Could this be a bad gasket seal or something worse?
