"ive a 1971 evenrude trimuph 6

"ive a 1971 evenrude trimuph 60 hp elec shift my first problem was shiftig so i changed oil and same problem came to the conclusion there is crap pluging the pump cause the oil was milky and thick,so when a draind the oil again there is about three teaspons of water in the oil,it only ran maby 15 mins on the hose so what do i need to do to fix this problem and how hard is it to do so"

You need to drop the leg and reseal it i would say the seal under the water pump is worn out and pump pressure is bypassing the seal and allowing water into the gearcase...this isnt hard to change.
