Water in lower unit

"I have a 1994 40HP Merc that

"I have a 1994 40HP Merc that came on a boat I bought in April of this year, I got it home changed the lower unit oil and had some water come out with the oil I put new washers on the drain and fill plugs and I am still getting a little water into the lower unit. Can anyone give me any ideas of how this water might be getting in?

"there are seals on the shifts

"there are seals on the shiftshaft, waterpump, propshaft, and bearing carrier. Remove lower unit and have it pressure tested at the shop, if you're shur its got water intrusion"

Take it to a dealer / shop and

Take it to a dealer / shop and a pressure test will find the leak.
