Water in cylinder please help

i have a 1984 mariner 75hp wit

i have a 1984 mariner 75hp with water tin the 3rd cylinder i checked the water jacket and put a new gasket on and still have water so i pulled off the exust manifold and checked those gaskets and they did n ot look good is it possilbly the water is comming from there if not any suggestions where it could be comming from
 
On AUGUST 25 it was explained

On AUGUST 25 it was explained / pointed out that there might be an inner exhaust cover leak.It has been pointed out again and again by others.------?????????????? Did you check / do you intend to check that??

You are going to take off the

You are going to take off the inner water jacket that is in there too I hope!
 
i took of the inner water jack

i took of the inner water jacket and it looked really bad so i ordered all 3 gaskets with will be here next week thanks for your help ikia
