"When I changed out the oil in the stb chrysler 440 engine before pull out this winter the oil was a little milky. Had the yard check it out and just got the call. I'm told #3 and #7 have signs of water. Compression on #3 is 0 and #7 is 85 which they say sounds like a valve problem. That seems to make sense if a valve is stuck open, at least on #3 but what about #7. Engines were rebuilt 5 years ago but had only 40 hours of use since. I bought the boat at the end of this past summer and put maybe another 8 hours on her. I didn't really understand what the yard was saying about it maybe leaking from the exhaust manifold and some kind of O ring failure. Does any of this make sense to anyone?"
