water getting into # 4 cyl

I have a '76 Johnson 85hp that was completely overhauled last year,,new everything, pistons, sleeves,reeds,bearings,etc.. Had it out a few time before winter and it ran great,no problems.. Haven't ran since last year , was doing a few checks this week , noticed it missing, pulled plugs and # 4 cyl is getting water in it(looks milky white inside),,Pulled head,re-lapped on granite plate, dead straight, took bubble back and exhaust covers off, no torn gaskets, still getting water into #4 only..At this point I suspect a head gasket( but it visibly looks good)..Any thoughts on where water could be entering this one cylinder????????????????????????????

well thats what came with it,, think someone in the past had done a few performance upgrades from what I was told,,,Yes Im doing a test next,,,,,Thanks

Ok have 125 in all cylinders,,,swapped head gaskets from right to left,,,seemed to cut down on amount of water,,,,,mby its a bad head... head is dead flat no signs of cracking
