WE RECENTLY PURCHASED A 2006 C

WE RECENTLY PURCHASED A 2006 CARAVELLE 207 WITH A VOLVO 5.0 ENGINE... TOOK A 10 MINUTE SPIN ON THE WATER AND PARKED IT IN THE GARAGE... THERE HAS BEEN A STEADY DRIP OF WATER FROM THE MOTOR FOR THE LAST 24 HOURS... SHOULD THIS BE A CONCERN? IS THIS TYPICAL FOR THE WATER TO DRIP FOR THAT LENGTH OF TIME?

I should think that you have nothing to worry about. Water is used as an engine coolant, sucked in from the lake, through the engine and back to the lake, and it could drip from the system for as long as it takes to empty the system.

"That's normal. Mine drips, sometimes for a few days. It's probably coming from the openings that are there to pull in the lake water. Takes a little time to get it all out."
