What could my problem be?

#1, not good to run with drive all the way up. Should be down and level to driveway!!!!!!

2. Water out of two ports is NORMAL.

Thank you for your knowledge. I just put a reman in after about nine years of saving up and couldn’t remember if the water came out there. New outdrive also.
