I have a 1991 evinrude 90 hp that I am having over heating issues with. I have already installed new water pump and thermostats but it
stills runs hot on the left side. I decided to remove the cyl. head to clean the water jacket out but it was clean. The water deflectors were
pretty well flat. After reading a lot of threads on these I have found out that they are supposed to be round and a piece of 3/8 od rubber hose
will work in it's place. My question is that info correct and does any one have a pic. of where it is suppose to be installed at because I know
mine was shifted being flat like they were.
Thanks
