water coming out of #1 spark plug

1996 mariner 115, there is water coming out of the top spark plug. alarm is beeping constantly, could it be a head gasket
 
4 cylinder engine?
Water is not coming out of the spark plug, it's coming out of the water jacket cover gasket. There is no cylinder head or gasket.

Agree with the others.....water jacket cover gasket leaking. Had it happen on an '88 I6 and initially had your thoughts.....but I knew that Merc casts the entire block as a unit (on those engines) so the leak is just the water jacket cover....no biggie, cheap, easy fix.
 
I also have an alarm going off. It even stays on when the engine is not running, it has blue smoke coming out of exhaust and the oil tank oil is going down, how can I test if the magnet in oil tank has fallen off.
 
2 blue wires from bottom of tank. They are (should be) in a sleeve going to alarm module not far away. Disconnect the wires at the connection mid way between the tank & module, check for continuity between the wires FROM THE TANK. Magnets go bad & the reed switch can also fail.
Turn key on with wires disconnected & verify no alarm.
