"ok on a 2004 115 4 stroke I had no charge volts going to the batt, I cleaned the terms and cables and inspected the batt switch it looked good, ran motor still no charge volts comming from reg rect, changed out batt and still same,no charge,I also did the a/c check on the batts and got .02volts a/c when running, pulled conn from reg rect and got 9.5 to 9.8 volts a/c comming from 3 white wires from stator,when running also noticed that the reg rect was so hot that you could cook eggs on it, it would burn you if you left your hand on it for more then 3 seconds, also I ckd all the wires comming from the reg rect up to the fuses and ckd fuses all good and no bad wires all conns and grounds good, so I fig the reg rect is bad or is there somthing elese I might of missed, one last thing would a low batt make the motor miss if the batt was at 12 to 11.5 volts"
