Blocking plate for 250-280 series drive exhaust port ( thru the transom shield)

I believe the part exists and I wondering if anyone has one on the shelf or in the "salvage pile"...

How about a router type tool like the Roto-Zip. They now make a metal cutting bit. In addition they have many carbide bits which may cut/shape aluminum Obviously keep the plate securely clamped down"
 
Buying a package of hacksaw bl

Buying a package of hacksaw blades for my sabersaw beats buying an Aluminum blade for my table saw... Jig/fixture also simpler. Thanks.
