"I'm trying to find the right size props for my 47' trawler 34,ooo lbs. I've been told anywhere from 22x16 to 20x12. I have a velvet drive with a 2.10 :1 reduction gear. Anyone have any suggestions?"

"Michigan Wheel along with most retail prop suppliers will do a prop spec. based on boat weight, beam, LOA and engine rated HP and max RPM.
They'll also want to know clearance for prop diameter.
