Volvo Penta AQ140A need help !

Hello I have problem with my penta aq140a my Strainer housing is leaking (I put picture where) the cap was old and broken and on filter plastic was little broken so I bought new and replaced. After that was still leaking I read on internet and I found maybe is exhaust manifold i found hole inside so I also bought new and replaced. Now is still leaking but only when speed is fast. Someone know where can be problem what i need to do ?

Just looking at the cap it doesn't look like its screwed right down and it doesn't look like a standard Penta cap like mine which is all plastic and screws over the strainer on my AQ151. Under pressure there was a hairline crack in my cap that opened up and sprayed water everywhere - you couldn't notice it with the engine shut down. Only option was a new VP cap.
