Volvo penta aq140 cylinder head

Hi my sick boat has the for mentioned engine removed head and it is beyond repair does anyone no if another head will fit does the casting no have to be the same

I`m seeing 120 125 and 140 are the same. Be sure and inspect the cylinder walls good. I had to buy a special spring compressor to install the valve springs.

My cylinder head casting no is 1000405 will a head from a Volvo car be a direct replacement fit

I believe the cam is different but dont know for sure Ricardo should know?
