Volvo Penta AQ130C Engine Question?

Hello All,

I own a 1967 Volvo 122 and I've been looking around for a B20 and today I found a cheap penta B20 near me, but my only question is the rotation of the marine B20 reverse to the regular car B20? Thanks for reading!

The block/head should be the same I doubt the crank is different maybe the cam?
