I just aquired a dual carb set

I just aquired a dual carb set up it has two solex 41 carbs do i need to do anything special to make these run on my aq125 .Is it a waste of time putting these on or will I get better performance .

"Haven't tried this before; but theoretically, you could get about 15 extra HP with dual carb. And since you don't have an oil cooler installed, you may also want to run a somewhat thicker oil (15W40)."
 
I thought about the same setup

I thought about the same setup. I have seen some deals on E-bay.
How hard would it be to run an oil cooler?.
Shouldn't the parts adapt to the same engine?
Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.........
