"Please provide your technical expertise regarding the bellow problem I face.

We have replaced High pressure fuel pump, cleaned injectors and throtle body, new spark plugs. At 2400 rpm the engine cuts off. This happens when the engine has reached operating temperature. I monitored the engine with the flame arestor out, when 2400 rpm are reached the left injector (viewing the engine from front side) stops to inject fuel, we connected the leads of the right injector to the left one (that is both injectors working with one power supply) and the engine operates relatively ok (not cutting when the 2400 rpm are reached).
Any hints of what is going wrong?

Thanking you in advance."

"From the Owner's manual:

Engine protection mode (EFI systems)

In a low oil pressure or engine overheat situation, the EFI system enters an engine protection mode. In these situations, normal engine operation is limited to 2500RPM or less. Above 2500 RPM the engine will exhibit poor running characteristics. Use the oil pressure and water temperature gauges to verify a problem exists, then check the engine for proper oil level and the water inlets for obstructions. The low oil pressure/engine overheat problem must be corrected before the engine will return to normal operation.

To reset the engine protection mode after the problem is corrected, shut off the engine, then restart it.

Thanks a lot for your reply. H

Thanks a lot for your reply. However the temperature is normal (as displayed on the gauge) as well as the oil pressure and level. Could it be a faulty temperature sensor.
thanking you in advance.

"Yes, it could be a faulty sensor. You have some troubleshooting ahead of you to find if this is the case, and which sensor/wirng is the faulty one."
