Volvo Penta 3.0L hard to steer

I have been researching steering problems and I have confirmed its not the steering cable. I need DIY options if there are any. Is there any thing I can grease / lube at the stern ? Any and all advice/input is greatly appreciated.

No it’s 2000 model with teleflex cable. I dis-connected and steering wheel turns easy as it should. Still stiff when I push /pull stern. Has to be some grease fittings somewhere ?
