Hi could anyone give me some much needed advice, i have a sealine attache 195 with a 1989 volvo penta 250a. The timing built recently snapped on it even though it had a full rebuild done last year, i had it replaced and checked (no obvious damage to engine) however when i put it into water the engine will only rev to 2500 rpm in forward gear works fine in neutral and reverse.
This could be down to lack of experience on my part.
