"I changed over to pentronex electronics.We have no spark to plugs,I changed coil,still no spark to plugs.Any ideas"

"See if your getting a spark from the king lead to the distributer cap.
The distributer cap has a small sprung button in the centre to contact with the rotor arm, this often falls out and is MIA. Just check its still there before diving in to deep.

"Check that you are getting 12V between the (+) of the coil and ground. If not, you have a wiring problem; and if you do, either the Pertronix unit is faulty; or not connected properly; or you are missing the rotor arm as Paul suggested; or the sleeve with the magnets has not been installed below the rotor."
 
I put in a new set of pentroni

I put in a new set of pentronicks to replace the one that I prevously put it and boat now starts right up.Now I have a new problem.I took the boat out for a test run today.one engine will only get up to 3000 rpm at full throttle the other works fine.Is their a adjustment on the throttle cable

"I don't understand why, if your engines where revving equally before the ignition mod, that they are now off??? Sounds more like a timing change issue. Put a timing light on them and see where you are at. Tom"
