"Just here to post that I replaced my 120 with a B21 block from a 1982 volvo 240 sedan. Switched the marine parts, and put it in!!!! It started and runs WAY better than the original engine that was in the boat!!!! I am excited.
Am waiting on the outdrive parts, but plan on putting it on the water by next week!!! I converted the points to a pertronix electronic ignition, and it fired right up!!!!
I have an electric fuel pump, and it seems to be doing well, so far!!!!
So I converted an auto engine to marine, and made it electronic ignition, with a electric fuel pump!!!! what do you think about that?

BTW, I assume you installed the original marine camshaft in the B21 car engine."

"I installed the original head which contains the overhead cam.....so, yes I did!!! Now comes the fun part........All the guages, and the rest of the raw water and sea water system.
